SprayPal AB is responsible for personal data submitted with an order. Contact info@spraypal.se with questions about your data.

Data and purposes

We process company, contact, billing, delivery and order details to receive, review, confirm and fulfil orders. We also use them for invoicing and accounting. We do not use order data for marketing without a separate choice.

Legal basis and recipients

We process data to handle the order and meet legal obligations, including accounting. The website does not store orders in its own database. Details are sent through Mailjet by email to SprayPal AB and the customer. Our web host and Mailjet may process data for us. Fortnox is used manually when an invoice is created.

Retention and your rights

We retain data for order handling and the periods required by accounting rules. You may ask for access, correction or deletion where the rules permit by emailing us. You may also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection.
